What happened 2021 ? Draft

 I am now back from holiday in Exeter. To clarify, holiday was in Cumbria, Exeter is where I am now. Settled in as the petrol left from the journey is just enough to get to shops for food.

I did think about what has gone on this year and now start to write it up. The #TempRadioStudio idea did not work as an art funding proposal but was accepted by Amps as a video for an academic conference. The radio claim worked out ok. There is a lot of sound as clips recorded in Exeter during 2021. The technology is stable and widely available. We do not know if education will continue to move online after the lockdown or "go back to normal". 

So I will move on to some speculation and comment but start with these two events. Video is accepted by some conferences. Radio / sound is mobile and everywhere. Details updated later.

So I am going back to text, I realise journals are still the default for academics. The "black box" technology not examined is all around print. Also I am getting more interested in how to edit bits of sound together. There is still a studio or something. More is available in the cloud, maybe not for video so well but sound might work ok. This could be a project next year.
