Creative Commons / Content Marketing August 2022

I am not sure the Exeter Street Arts Festival is happening but expect something on the Saturday of August Bank Holiday. From before lockdowns I have been promoting video of Modou Ndiaye & Suntou Susso as a way to promote the next event. On Facebook there is a group for the Pop-up Centre for Bar Management, Performance and Camera Studies. The idea was to persuade pubs and other venues to encourage cameras.  Later there was academic discussion on lecture capture, MOOC as marketing for proper courses with fees and certificates. Creative Commons ideas still continue, like Open Education. 

This next weekend is PhonicFest . There is a playlist already on Spotify so I will play that on radio. Last week on Wild show we found relevant video on YouTube. There is discussion about if it is ok to play from streaming media direct to FM. My thought it should be ok for performers as part of a promotion such as a Phonic benefit. I play the video I have uploaded ( also delete on request ) .

PhonicFest is mostly inside the Phoenix but there is some open space. During lockdown there was discussion of outdoor performance. I think this works as promotion for inside a building when there is some content on social media. For music the video can be mixed with studio later.
