Virus policy, help please, clues? ( was IPEX 2002 )

 My previous blog on IPEX 2002 has been unpublished. It is something to do with community guidelines on malware and virus dangers. I have had a look and it seems ro be just text. Anyone who knows about this sort of policy please add a comment.
